Frequently asked questions
How does your transportation work?
We make products to order, so they arrive faster, there is no unnecessary inventory, and we minimize material waste and environmental impact. Orders from different manufacturing centers may arrive in multiple shipments. The shipping cost is always displayed before payment.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we only deliver to the Czech Republic and Canada.
We plan to add more countries during 2026 - we will gradually expand delivery to other European countries and North America.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Some orders may require 24-72 hours for processing and production.
Delivery times vary depending on the product type and production center:
• Products manufactured within the EU are usually delivered within a week. If you are ordering from Canada, your products should usually be delivered within 10 days.
• Products shipped from the US may take approximately 14-30 days to arrive.
In most cases, you will receive your order within 1-2 weeks.
In exceptional situations (e.g. high production capacity, season, delays by carriers or customs checks), delivery may be extended.
Once your order is shipped, you will always receive a tracking number, which allows you to continuously monitor the status of your shipment.
I want to return or exchange an item. How do I proceed?
No Fixed Route products are made to order and are not kept in stock. Each piece is individually made with a specific design.
In accordance with Section 1837(d) of the Civil Code (and corresponding EU regulations), custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
For this reason, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.
Damaged, defective or misprinted goods:
If the product arrives damaged, defective or with a manufacturing defect, we will of course be happy to resolve the complaint with you.
Procedure for making a complaint:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• order number
• a clear photo of the problem
After assessing the complaint, we will offer you a free product replacement or refund.
In most cases, it is not necessary to send the goods back.
Important information:
• The color shades of the print may vary slightly depending on your screen settings - this is not considered a product defect.
• We recommend checking the size charts for each product before ordering.
If you are not sure about the size, write to us through our contact form, we will be happy to advise you before ordering.
What is the warranty on your products?
All No Fixed Route products are covered by statutory liability for defects for a period of 24 months from receipt of the goods, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the European Union.
Liability for defects applies to manufacturing and material defects that become apparent during normal use of the product.
What is not covered by statutory liability for defects:
• normal wear and tear caused by use
• mechanical damage
• damage caused by improper care or washing
• use contrary to maintenance instructions
• subjective reasons, such as a change of mind or personal preference
• incorrectly selected size
Are unisex products in the same sizes?
Yes! You can find the same products in both the women's and men's sections - they are unisex products with the same dimensions.
To choose the right size, always refer to the size chart for a specific product.
Unisex fit usually corresponds to men's size numbering. If you normally wear women's sizes and are hesitating between two sizes, we recommend choosing a smaller size for a tighter fit or a larger size for a looser fit.
Dimensions may vary within a tolerance of ±2–3 cm.
How should I care for the products so that they last as long as possible?
We recommend following the care instructions on the product label. Improper care (e.g. washing at high temperatures or drying in a tumble dryer) may result in damage to the print or material.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Once an order has been submitted for production, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible - we will try to resolve the situation if production has not yet started.
Do I have to pay customs duties or other fees?
No additional fees are charged for deliveries within the Czech Republic. Products shipped from abroad may, in exceptional cases, be delayed at customs; any fees are governed by applicable regulations.
Orders delivered within Canada are generally free of charge. In exceptional cases, customs or import duties may apply to shipments shipped from abroad, in accordance with applicable regulations.
